What You Need to Know

RPP Kids is for kids ages between 5 and 12. We have classes Thursday at 4pm and Saturday at 2pm. During RPP Kids, your kids will be learning fitness movements and working out to a degree that is safe and effective. They will have a warm up, skill time, workout and a game. The movements include, gymnastics, weightlifting, and bodyweight movements that will enhance their coordination, agility, mobility, strength, speed and stamina.
