What You Need to Know

Boot Camp is a CrossFit style class specifically created for ladies “later in life.” There is no prior CrossFit or exercise experience needed. We will go through a group warmup, learn a new skill, get a great workout and finish with mobility. Small classes and a great chance to get in the best shape to tackle any thing life throws at you.
